Create a Personalized Plan for Your Smile

Choosing the right treatment starts with understanding the full picture. We look at your oral health, bite, tooth structure, missing or damaged teeth, and the changes you would like to make.

Because Legacy Prosthodontics specializes in restoring both function and appearance, we can build a plan that addresses your immediate concerns while supporting the long-term health of your smile.

What It May Address
When It May Be Recommended

When a tooth needs greater strength, protection, or coverage than a veneer or reshaping treatment can provide

When restoring your smile requires a coordinated combination of crowns, implants, bridges, dentures, veneers, or other treatments

When the underlying teeth are healthy but you want to improve their visible shape, color, size, or symmetry

Small chips, uneven edges, minor overlaps, or teeth that appear slightly too long or irregular
When subtle changes to the enamel can create a smoother, more balanced smile without extensive treatment

When you want to preview and carefully coordinate several changes before beginning cosmetic or restorative treatment

Understanding Dental Insurance and Financing

Insurance can reduce the cost of some dental treatments, but every policy has its own definitions, exclusions, and benefit limits. We will help you review your options and understand the estimated cost of your care before you make a decision.

  • Dental procedures: Exams, cleanings, fillings, and X-rays are frequently covered as preventive or basic services. How much the plan pays depends on your deductible, yearly maximum, network terms, and frequency guidelines.
  • Restorative procedures: Treatments used to save damaged teeth or replace missing ones may receive partial benefits. Coverage can apply to crowns, bridges, dentures, dental implants, or parts of a full-mouth rehabilitation plan when deemed necessary.
  • Cosmetic procedures: Smile enhancements that are not required for health or function are generally excluded from dental benefits. These may include veneers, reshaping, and cosmetic treatment planning.

When insurance does not cover the full cost, Legacy Prosthodontics offers financing and payment solutions designed to make care more accessible.

How Our Prosthodontists Personalize Your Care

Before recommending treatment, our prosthodontists carefully examine the health, strength, and appearance of your smile. We also consider previous dental work, jawbone support, bite alignment, and the results you hope to achieve.

From there, we determine which procedures can provide the right balance of durability, function, and aesthetics. You will have the opportunity to review each option, understand its advantages, and make an informed decision about your care.
